Sr. Director, Worldwide Organization Development
Naomi Werner is currently the Sr. Director of Worldwide Organization Development at Ingram Micro. Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 company, is the world’s largest wholesale technology distributor and a global leader in IT supply-chain, mobile device lifecycle services and logistics solutions. There are approximately 20,800 associates worldwide, in 37 countries.
Naomi is responsible for talent management, organization effectiveness, leadership and high potential development, associate engagement and surveys, change management, and the diversity and inclusion program at Ingram Micro. She leads the Global Learning Council which consists of learning & development leaders from each of the regions in the organization. Naomi has over 20 years’ experience in human resources working in various industries. Previous to her current role, Naomi worked for Western Digital specializing in mergers and acquisitions and global deployment of strategic programs. She has worked as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for companies like Quantum Corporation, Washington Mutual, and Beckman Instruments.
Naomi’s accomplishments at Western Digital earned her recognition from the CEO for modeling the company’s values. She is a member of the NHRA (Executive of the Year committee member — 2012), OC Leaders Network, OD Sig (speaker – OD’s Role in M&A, February 2013), Human Capital Institute, Women in OD, and has participated in several diversity and inclusion events. Naomi earned a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Irvine and has a Professional in Human Resources certification.
She was born in Yokohama, Japan, and lives in Orange County with her husband and two children.
