Michele Hayes

Michele Hayes is vice president, Global Partner Programs and Marketing Operations, at Riverbed Technology. She brings more than 20 years of channel and partner marketing experience to Riverbed. A veteran in the networking industry, she has driven successful channel strategy and program execution at technology leaders SynOptics/Bay Networks, Madge Networks, NetScreen/Juniper, and Fluke Networks. Prior to her time at Riverbed, she led global channel and partner marketing at Blue Coat Systems, where she developed and managed successful VAR, SI/SP, and Distribution programs worldwide. A native of San Jose, Calif., Michele is also an open water swimmer, having swum from Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, and under the Golden Gate Bridge yearly for the past seven years.
