Hillary is Senior Director of Business Operations and Program Management, responsible for order fulfillment, revenue risk management, and sales and operations planning. She leads the design, development and deployment of concept-to-market and quote-to-cash processes, optimizing customer experiences, on-time delivery, cycle times and profitability. Hillary established the vision and mission to rebuild and revitalize an organization through a five-fold ramp in demand, and led teams across eight global regions to develop, adopt and deploy unified processes and a new ERP system.
Hillary’s background includes more than 20 years in pivotal roles within product management, operations, marketing, global services and information technology. She combines her technical education and professional experience into a collaborative and influential leadership style, managing accelerated business change to influence multi-functional teams across cultures and countries. Hillary serves as an advisor to women-led startups, and is a mentor with Techbridge Girls. She received an MBA from Santa Clara University, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
