Yuka Yu

Yuka Yu is Vice President of Sony Electronics Consumer Sales & Marketing, Foundation Business across product categories (Home Video, Legacy Audio and Digital Imaging Accessory). Responsible for Revenue & Profit/Loss of categories and mass merchant channel account P&L.

Prior to her current role, Yu held several leadership positions with Sony Electronics, including: Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, responsible for customer supply chain operations, data management and strategic integration of demand and supply planning processes; Director/GM VAIO Business Group, managing VAIO business and operational executions in the U.S. market; and member of Management Committee.

Prior to joining Sony Electronics, Yu held several product planning and sales positions with Toshiba Corporation in Japan, Sony Canada and Tech Data Canada.

Yu earned an Executive M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BA degree from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (Tokyo Gaigokugo Daigaku).

Yu was born in Taipei Taiwan and has lived in Tokyo and Canada. She currently resides in San Diego California with her husband and two children.
