Anne Riley joined Intuit in 1998 and is currently the Director of Customer Experience & Design for Intuit’s Enterprise Business Solutions. Anne and her team of User Interaction Designers, User Researchers and Visual Designers are responsible for identifying customer needs and creating solutions that will delight all 8,000 of Intuit’s employees. Through the use of Customer Driven Innovation, Design for Delight and Lean Experimentation methodologies, Anne and her team are able to address even the most complex business process and ease-of-use challenges. Prior to joining the EBS team, Anne spent 14 years working on the company’s Online Banking and Professional Tax Products.

As a long-time Intuit employee, Anne has embodied Intuit’s core values around community activism and service:

  • She currently serves as the Co-Chair for Intuit’s Global Pride Network, an organization that has championed workplace equality and civil rights;
  • She has represented Intuit on multiple building projects in New Orleans with Habitat for Humanity;
  • She was one of 11 Intuit employees selected to travel to Northern India where she worked with women entrepreneurs in the rural villages of Uttar Pradesh.

Anne lives in beautiful San Diego where she enjoys cycling, Pilates, reading, and hanging with her husband, children and many pets.
