Gloria Wilson is a Practice Specialist at Kaiser Permanente where she supports the on-going development of a strategic action plan integrating equity, inclusion and diversity into Care, Community, and Workplace. She also is the liaison for eight KP Business Resource Groups overseeing program development, budgets, and professional development opportunities. Gloria is the past President of the Kaiser Permanente African American Business Resource Group where she created opportunities that encouraged and supported leadership development of its members; community involvement; and, partnerships with other KP teams to address health disparities in the African American community. Gloria received several leadership awards from 2012-2016. She is currently serving on the leadership team of the Bay Area Diversity Council and participates in many other community volunteer events.
Gloria completed her undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University and her graduate studies in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership at John F. Kennedy University. In 2014, she was nominated JFKU Alumni of the Year.
