Ronda Crowley has over 20 years of experience in employment law and human resource management for public, non-profit and private entities. As a practicing attorney, she has litigated claims involving federal and state employment laws; responded to administrative agency charges; developed employee handbooks, policies and procedures; and counseled clients concerning employment practices. As a human resources professional, she has facilitated decision making in business units related to hiring, discipline, performance management, government compliance and terminations.
Currently, Ronda is the Human Resources Director at North County Health Services, a federally qualified health center providing medical and dental care to historically underserved populations. In addition to delivering performance management and employee relations support to a diverse work force, she leads training and development at the organization. With a focus on Energy Leadership, she also coaches established and emerging leaders to develop a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes themselves and those with whom they work and interact.
